To preserve fertility after removal of ovarian cysts, it is advisable to replace cauterization (as it destroys follicle containing tissue) and prevent adhesions (as these are a common cause of secondary infertility).

The gel is prepared through dripping of applied 4DryField® PH powder on the intestine opposing the mesh. This way, when pressure is released form the abdominal cavity at the end of the intervention, the net sinks onto the gel preventing intestine to mesh adhesions.
